In 2025, we had the opportunity to contribute to Merijn Degraeve's showpiece, a Mies van der Rohe-style pavilion that serves as a pool house. 120 square meters of marble, mirrors, and dark wood. Fully equipped to welcome guests and get them dancing. The design is a gem and called for furniture that would enhance it. Under the covered terrace, we placed the Baxter sofa and the Bertoia Diamond chair, among other pieces. A classic from the 1950s, perfectly at home here.
In the main house, we opted for Leo Aerts' solid pink table. A sculpture that comes into its own in this architecture, it is given the space and attention it deserves.
The owners knew what they were looking for: design that remains livable, that allows for parties but also holds up during the week.
